Welcome to Zen Events.
By confirming a booking with Zen Events, you agree to
the following Terms & Conditions.
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any changes to colours, themes, designs, guest numbers, or setup requirements after confirmation may incur additional charges.
Zen Events will always try to accommodate changes where possible.
Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
Clients must ensure clear access to the venue for setup and collection. Delays caused by restricted access or venue limitations may result in additional charges.
Collection times will be agreed in advance.
Clients are responsible for any damage, staining, loss, or misuse of hired equipment, props, backdrops, signage, plinths, soft play items, or décor during the event period.
Replacement or repair costs may be charged where necessary.
Balloons are temporary decorative items and may naturally deflate due to weather conditions, temperature, sunlight, transportation, or handling.
Zen Events cannot guarantee balloons once setup has been completed.
Outdoor setups are subject to suitable weather conditions.
Zen Events is not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, heat, uneven surfaces, or other environmental factors once the setup has been completed.
Zen Events may photograph completed setups for promotional purposes on social media and the website unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Zen Events will not be held responsible for delays, venue restrictions, supplier issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
By paying the booking deposit or confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Zen Events understands that unexpected situations can happen. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.
All booking deposits/fees are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and cover preparation, planning, and material costs.
If a booking is cancelled by the client:
Clients may request to move their booking date once, subject to availability.
Date changes requested within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges.
Personalised items, vinyl stickers, custom signage, themed props, and special orders are non-refundable once production has started.
For outdoor events, refunds will not be issued due to poor weather conditions once setup has commenced.
In the unlikely event Zen Events is unable to fulfil a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be provided.
